Roman Shpount is responsible for overall business strategy and technology leadership. Roman specializes in the development of mission critical, high performance communications software, such as VoIP call control agents and media servers. He has more then 15 years of work experience developing robust IVR, call center, PBX, Unified Messaging, Conferencing, and other communications applications. Roman was a co-founder of aTelo, an innovative unified communications application developer, with multiple telecom customers in the US, Europe, and Japan. Prior to aTelo, Roman was the VP of Technology for GlobalFax, which specialized in Internet based fax. Prior to joining GlobalFax, Roman spent 3 years working as the Director of Systems Integration at Globallink, a provider of automated foreign translation tools that was acquired by Lernout & Hauspie in 1998.
Roman has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Eugene Vereta is responsible for managing company operations and application development. Eugene has over 13 years of experience in the communications industry with a focus on carrier-grade VoIP solutions that include Call Center, Conferencing, PBX, Messaging and other systems. Eugene was a co-founder of aTelo, an innovative unified communications application developer, with multiple telecom customers in the US, Europe and Japan. Prior to aTelo, Eugene founded GlobalFax, which specialized in Internet based fax. Earlier, Eugene spent 2 years working as an IT manager for the University of Maryland.
Eugene has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
